01The problem

What it was costing them.

Philadelphia searches were being answered by automotive tint shops, with almost nothing built for architectural film.

Shore Tint & More serves the Mid-Atlantic regionally, so the site had to earn Philadelphia relevance without pretending to be a Philadelphia storefront.

Residential and commercial buyers ask completely different questions, and there was no funnel for either one.

The other tint properties in the portfolio needed visual and structural separation so this one didn't read as a template clone.

02What we built

The build, item by item.

Everything here was chosen because of a specific problem above — not because it was on a package sheet.

01Solution architecture split by the problem being solved: heat, glare, privacy, decorative, and safety/security film
02Metro and neighborhood content written as genuine service-area context rather than duplicated doorway pages
03Regional portfolio framing that presents Mid-Atlantic project authority honestly, without relocating work to Philadelphia
04Separate residential and commercial funnels with different qualification questions and CTAs
05SEO and AEO layer: metadata, schema, internal linking and question-shaped content
06A distinct visual system — architectural design journal meets commercial contractor portfolio, with a modern Philadelphia feel
