General questions
Contractors are the specialty, but the work isn't limited to them. Barber shops, studios, retail, and professional services get the same build. If your customers find you by searching, we can help.
Most contractor websites launch in two weeks. The biggest variable is how fast we get photos and answers from you — the build itself moves quickly.
You can, and plenty of good businesses run one well. The tradeoff is your time — someone still has to write the content, structure the pages, keep it updated and handle the search side. We take that off your plate and build to your business instead of a template.
Yes. We interview you about your business and write everything — homepage, services, industry pages, location pages. You review it all before launch. You never get handed a blank page and told to fill it in.
Every website launches with the SEO foundation in place, a sitemap submitted to Google, and indexing checked after launch. Ongoing Google Business Profile management, monthly content and local SEO is our Google Growth plan at $350 a month, and it's optional.
You can, but most contractors don't want to. That's what Digital Care is for — you email what you need changed and it's done in a day or two. No dashboard, no passwords, no YouTube tutorials at 10 p.m.
Very common. We'll review what you have, keep anything that's working, and rebuild the rest. We map existing URLs, set redirects, and move the domain and email carefully — but nobody can guarantee rankings stay exactly where they were through a rebuild.
The website build is a one-time project cost that depends on how many pages and how much content the business needs. Digital Care is $100 a month and required. Google Growth is $350 a month and optional. You'll get an exact number after the discovery call — not a range on a pricing page that changes later.
Because a website that isn't maintained quietly stops working. Software ages, links break, speed degrades, and nobody notices until leads dry up. We'd rather build fewer sites and keep every one of them sharp.
Yes. Your domain, your content, your site. We manage it for you. If you ever leave, you take it with you and we'll help with the move.
Yes. Delaware and Delmarva are home and where most of our clients are, but the work is the same anywhere in the country.
It's designed for phones first. Most homeowners find you on a phone, often standing in the room they want fixed. Desktop is the second consideration, not the first.
You get a monthly report showing visitors, where they came from, and how many called or submitted a form. Plain English. If the numbers aren't moving, we'll say so and change something.
No. If we build for a roofer in Sussex County, we won't build for another roofer in Sussex County. It wouldn't be fair to either of you.
You get a launch email, a short guide to your site, instructions for requesting edits, your business email setup, and support contact. Then Digital Care takes over month to month.
Then take a look at the free guides in our Resource Center and use them. Half of what we do is knowledge you can apply yourself. When you'd rather hand it off, we'll be here.
No. The website build is a one-time custom quote. Digital Care is a separate $100 a month and required. Google Growth is another $350 a month and optional. You'll see all three broken out before you commit.
Yes. We inventory the existing URLs, map redirects where needed, and plan domain and email-record changes before cutover. We check key pages, forms and email settings afterward to reduce disruption. Search rankings and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed through a migration.
We can connect supported booking links and embeds — the kind most scheduling and CRM tools provide. Deeper custom integrations depend on the platform and the scope, so we'll confirm what's possible during the discovery call rather than promise it upfront.
Website Launch questions
Most contractor websites launch in two weeks. The timeline depends mostly on how fast we get photos and content from you, not on how fast we build.
Yes. You'll answer questions about your business on the discovery call and during the planning step, and we write everything from there. You review it before it goes live.
That's common. We'll look at what's working, keep anything worth keeping, and rebuild the rest. For the migration, we inventory the existing URLs, map redirects where needed, and plan domain and email-record changes before cutover — then check key pages, forms and email settings afterward to reduce disruption. Search rankings and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed through a migration.
Yes. It's your domain, your content, your site. We manage it for you, but it belongs to your business.
You can, and plenty of good businesses run one well. The tradeoff is your time: someone still has to write the content, structure the pages, keep it updated and handle the search side. We do that part for you and build to your business instead of a template.
Digital Care questions
Because an unmaintained website slowly stops working, and when it does it reflects on us as much as on you. We'd rather build fewer sites and keep all of them sharp.
Normal business changes — new services, updated photos, staff changes, seasonal offers. If a request turns into a whole new page or a redesign, we'll tell you upfront and quote it.
Most small edits are live within one to two business days. Urgent ones — wrong phone number, wrong hours — same day.
Yes. It's month to month. If you leave, you keep your domain and we'll help move your site somewhere else.
Google Growth questions
Google Business Profile improvements can move within weeks. Real local SEO ranking usually takes three to six months of consistent work. Anyone promising faster is guessing.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's ranking. What we control is doing the right work consistently, which is what actually moves it.
Not necessarily. If referrals fill your schedule, put your money elsewhere. This is for contractors who want more control over where the next job comes from.
Honestly, yes. It's not secret knowledge. It's just an hour or two a month that most owners never find. If you'll actually do it, do it — we'll even point you at our free guides.
