01Project goals

What the website needed to solve.

Stimis already had a live, millwork-focused website. The goal was a stronger brand presentation, not a rescue of a broken site.

The existing site followed a traditional service-list layout. The new one needed to lead with the work and with the shop that produces it.

Custom builders, architects and designers are the core audience, and they needed to see right away that the site was written for them.

The real selling point is coordination: resolving details before fabrication and making it clear who handles what between shop and job site.

02What we built

The build, item by item.

Everything here was chosen because of a specific problem above — not because it was on a package sheet.

01Editorial, photography-led homepage built around the “The Stimis Standard” positioning
02Original shop photography taken by Cody during an on-site visit, alongside approved client project images
03Capability sections covering custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, specialty fabrication, trim and stair systems
04A “From Drawings to Installation” process section focused on shop-to-site coordination
05Clear install options: built in the Stimis shop and installed by your crew, or carried through the final fit
06Project-inquiry paths for builders, architects, designers and select homeowners
07Mobile layout, metadata and technical SEO set up at launch
03Before / After

Same shop. A different first impression.

Both homepages captured at the same 1440px desktop size on October 27, 2026. The earlier site was already focused on millwork and is still live on its own domain; it does not redirect to the new one.

04The relationship

Found online. Built in person.

An independent client, not one of our family-owned brands. Second Gen Digital is based in Harbeson, Delaware; Stimis works across Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Delmarva.

    How Jason found us

Jason told us he discovered Second Gen Digital through ChatGPT. What came next was a hands-on relationship built around the work, with a site visit, original photography and meetings to refine the details.

This is how the client says he found us. It is not an endorsement from ChatGPT or OpenAI, and it doesn't guarantee AI recommendations.

  2. B

    On site, behind the camera

Cody visited the Stimis location and took the original shop photography the new site uses. Approved client project and gallery images were curated alongside it, so every image is real work from a real shop.

  3. C

    Finalized face to face

Cody met Jason in person to settle positioning, wording and the details that matter to an owner who oversees drawing review, fabrication planning and project coordination.

  4. D

From service list to millwork brand

The new site moves from a traditional service-list layout to a luxury millwork brand: photography-led storytelling, clearer paths for builders, architects and designers, an honest account of shop-to-site coordination, project inquiries and a stronger mobile experience.

  5. E

    AI-assisted, contractor-checked

AI-assisted workflows sped up drafting and building, but the decisions came from contractor experience: how estimates, drawings and handoffs actually work between a shop and a job site.

  6. F

    Where it stands

The new site is finished and live. It's too early for lead or ranking data, so we're not claiming any results yet.
